I was a little skeptical going in. I had never heard of arisoti, and I had been dealing with plantar fasciitis for a few years with varying success trying different treatments. Dr. R told me it usually takes 3-5 visits to fix. Again I was skeptical based on previous attempts. He was 100% right! I can’t recommend Dr. R enough, he is phenomenal! If you are in pain, go see him, he will get you healed up in the least amount of time possible. 10/10 recommend!

Josiah was awesome to work with. I had multiple issues to address and rehab including a torn rotator cuff, ulnar nerve irritation, and knee pain. All resolved through a combination of deep tissue work during the appointment and a bevy of easy to follow exercises. And if I had any discomfort he always had work around.

Airrosti was recommended to me by a work colleague who used their services in Texas. Dr Ryabinov did a thorough assessment, and identified my elbow issue diagnosis and prescribed a plan to improve my mobility and relieve the pain. The muscle treatment was spot on and sometimes caused discomfort but after 4-5 sessions my situation was greatly improved w the help of his assistant in doing the recommended exercises. The staff is very friendly, really listen to and invested in relieving your problem. Highly recommend!

Can't recommend Dr R and this practice enough. They were able to help resolve my wrist pain issue in as little as 2 visits after months of dealing with discomfort and pain. Dr. R was very kind, patient, knowledgeable and thorough in his explanations. I also appreciated their transparency on costs prior to my appointment. I would not hesitate to recommend them to family/friends.

This team is the absolute truth! I have been everywhere and in between had every kind of treatment you can think of massages , Rolfing, physical therapy, alll of it nothing worked and no one could figure it out until I came here. If you have pain please give this place a chance and watch them work their magic. This is the first time I have not felt pain in my shoulders since 2019! They deserve a million stars ⭐️

Visited for a few months about knee issues, and I left with a greater understanding of muscle tension and how the tendons and ligaments worked in my leg. After a lot of small exercises over this time period, my knee and leg are a bit stronger, and I'm more educated about how the muscles and tendons and ligaments work. Josiah Ryabinov was great to talk to. Calm demeanor, but knowledgeable and professional too. There is a lot that can be done without surgery. Not everything, but a lot, and I'm glad that he knows what. His assistant was great in showing me how to do the various exercises that were prescribed as the treatment continued. Recommended. Also he was in network and my insurance paid for the PT sessions. That helped my sentiment.
